Wedding Cards

We understand it takes time to settle on choosing your wedding stationery and having samples helps….

Rather than produce a full catalogue including many designs you may not be interested in, we provide you with information on the cards you prefer. This is a free folder containing up to four information sheets and colour swatches relating to the card you have chosen.

Further designs and colour swatches can be provided but we hope you will understand a small fee of £5 will be charged for any additional material.

The cards come in a choice of four 100% recycled card materials and three size formats with appropriately matching envelopes.

NEXT.....
Having settled on the design and format you like , you provide us with the wording and information you want to be included on each card and a list of names. These will be used to generate individually addressed cards to your invited guests. If you supply addresses as well we can also supply self adhesive address labels to use with the envelopes if you wish. This list can be in a spreadsheet format, hard copy (legibly handwritten or typed) or 'word' document. At this stage there is a one off charge of £10 to set up the individual template for your cards.

Whilst we try to achieve consistency Please note that because of the nature of the materials used and because the designs are hand made, there may be very slight variations between each card, making them individual.

You will receive a sample card of your chosen design incorporating your wording as a proof together with a guest list for confirmation. We will also send you a confirmation of order form including overall costs which we ask you to sign and return to us together with a non returnable deposit of 1/3 of your order cost.

On return of your confirmation we will start to produce your cards. We need to know the date you are working to having the cards ready for sending out so that we can programme the handmade process into a schedule. Normally we would have cards ready around two weeks from the return of your confirmed order, but we will let you know at the time of confirmation.

We will include an invoice for the remaining amount due for your order when we send you the completed cards
